Knocked Up

I saw Knocked Up last night at the Century. Michelle and I found it to be heart-warming. There were many elements that reminded me of movies like Something About Mary or The 40-Year Old Virgin (for example, the crass guy-centered humor, over exposure of certain body parts, etc.). Still, I found myself laughing out loud many times. The end was touching. The movie exploits the formula found in many present sitcoms—an over-weight or nerdy funny guy finds himself in relationship with a beautiful girl who is out of his league. In fact, the movie makes a not-so-subtle reference to Everybody Loves Raymond, claiming that all of life is like the popular show, albeit not quite as funny. The humor and point of view was very guy-centered, although Michelle was laughing pretty hard too. You could probably wait for this one to come out on DVD. It would be well worth the rental.

Guess Which Song

So I got this idea from the Conjectural Naval Gazer. Here's the rules:

1. Randomly pick a song from your music library.
2. Find the lyrics.
3. Go to Google translation and translate the lyrics from English into German.
4. Take the new German lyrics and translate them into French.
5. Take the new French lyrics and translate them into English.
6. Post the NEW English lyrics and have people guess the original song.

And here is the song. Any guesses? LOL

I have on the place
However you have my face of favorite completely
Your Eyelashes sparkles as the gilded grass
And your lips am soft and as the simple wet ass of an angel

'cause you am made equal new
Of Super human him
You am an angel with wings in the flames
To fly, with enormous friction deflagration

You go in to clouds sparkling and to the sun indicates your eyes
And everytime that the wind, roasts me, can you in the sky feel
Your kisses am as ordinary as F-16
And you bumst that a looked at volcano
And you are very with me

'cause you are made new of Super human him
You are an angel with wings in the Voler flames
Of enormous friction deflagration
You are a giant and steal a friction deflagration

'cause you is made new of Super human him
You is an angel with wings in the flames
To fly, of enormous friction deflagration
