Presentations:

“Changing Church - Changing Clergy” was presented at a Seabury Evening in October 2004, reviewing the implications of "Toward a Higher Quality" research for recruitment, selection and education of clergy.

“Discerning the Heart of Pastoral Leadership” (prepared with David Gortner) was presented at a Lilly Endowment forum of the faculties of five selected seminaries at Wartburg Seminary,Dubuque, Iowa, in June 2004.

Service to the Church:

Evaluator for the Diocese of Chicago program for curates, “Making Excellent Disciples,” evaluation is to assist mentors and new curates in learning the skills of ministry.
