The Development Office
The Development Office has responsibility for all annual, capital and endowment fundraising programs of the seminary as well as primary communications with external publics. The director of development has overall responsibility, reports to the dean and president, serves on the seminary's administrative committee and provides staff support for the Trustee, Development and Trusteeship committees as well as the Capital Campaign Steering Committee.

In addition to the director, the development staff includes an assistant director, Susan Nanna (seminary phone ext. 42, susan.nanna@seabury.edu), who assists with alumni/ae programs and serves as staff support for the Woman's Board.
The staff also includes Tim Squier (seminary phone ext. 43, tim.squier@seabury.edu), who works with the giving database, updating all individual donor and alumniae records, processes gifts and prepares acknowledgements, gift reports and develops master list of donors for recognition.
