The Development Office has responsibility for all annual, capital and endowment fundraising programs of the seminary as well as primary communications with external publics. It publishes the quarterly publication Crossroads and a variety of other communications materials. The director of development has overall responsibility, reports to the dean and president, serves on the seminary's administrative committee and provides staff support for the Trustee, Development and Trusteeship committees as well as the Capital Campaign Steering Committee.

In addition to the director, the development staff includes an assistant director, Constance Wilson (seminary phone ext. 42, constance.wilson@seabury.edu), who has responsibility for alumni/ae programs, assists with design of brochures, fund appeals and other communication, and serves as staff support for the Woman's Board.

The staff also includes data manager, Andrew Griffin (seminary phone ext. 43, andrew.griffin@seabury.edu), who manages and maintains all individual donor and alumniae records in a database environment and hard copy where appropriate, processes gifts and prepares acknowledgements, prepares gift reports and develops master list of donors for recognition.
