In April, Elizabeth Jameson ('97) began a terminal sabbatical after having served for seven years at Seabury. She is delighted to have some space and time to herself and her family. In August, she begins a one year position as the Priest-in-Charge of St. Elisabeth's, Glencoe, a wonderful local area parish while their rector (alum Daphne Cody) will be in France with her family. It is a great community--healthy, vibrant and loving--and she's eager to get back to parish ministry. Elizabeth is also enjoying her role as a CREDO faculty member developing the leadership component for the new CREDO conference designed for recently ordained clergy. She, Jim, Wallace and Abbott are excited about their move to Glencoe and the year of adventure. Elizabeth is shown below preaching at the Chapel of St. John the Divine in Evanston at Seabury's leave taking before moving to its new location at 8765 W. Higgins Road in Chicago.
