Apartment Housing Fees
- Air Conditioner - provided by student and billed for three months ($180). Charged whether air conditioner is used or not.
- Pet Deposit - deposit is non-refundable
- Per Cat $ 100
- Per Dog $ 100
- Additional expenses include books, transportation, telephone, child care.
Note: All fees and charges are subject to change at any time by action of the Board of Trustees. Every effort will be made to inform students of change at least three months in advance.
